CHARLIE PARKER 

Coach Charlie is a Verona, WI native. He grew up playing for the Southwest Eagles. During his high school career Charlie played varsity for the Verona Wildcats and played for the Team Wisconsin AAA program. He then played for several teams during his junior tenure including for the Coulee Region Chill, the Janesville Jets, and the Minnesota Wilderness of the NAHL and for the Madison Capitols and Chicago Steel of the USHL.

Coach Charlie finished his hockey career with 4 years at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and majored in finance. 

​

Charlie comes from a great hockey family. His father John Parker won a national championship with the Wisconsin Badgers in 1990. His uncle Jeff won a national championship with Michigan State in 1986 & played for the Buffalo Sabers of the NHL and his uncle Scott won a national championship for the Eau Claire Blugolds in 1984. Charlie helped Verona in 2014 win their first ever WIAA State Championship, and his father John was on the bench as a coach. 

 

Coach Charlie is excited to continue to be involved with the game by coaching hockey skills and skating development in the Madison area.

- NCAA DI Athlete &  Assistant Captain for the Wisconsin Badgers (2017 - 2022) 

- 2X National Champion in the NCAA 

- Madison Capitols AAA (2011-2017)

MADDIE POSICK

Coach Maddie is a Stoughton, WI native and grew up playing for the Stoughton Youth Hockey Association. During her high school career, she played at the AAA level for the Madison Capitols until 2017. 

​

In the 2017 - 2018 season, Coach Maddie started her freshman year at the University of Wisconsin, where she played for the top ranked UW Badger Women's Hockey team. Throughout her 5 year career at the Badgers, Maddie played both forward and defense, while also playing a key role during her senior year as an assistant captain. During the 2018-2019 and 2020-2021 seasons, Coach Maddie helped the Badgers win their 5th & 6th NCAA National Championship. 

​

Coach Maddie is currently training and playing as a professional hockey player. For the past three seasons (2022-2025), Maddie has been a pro hockey player for Djurgårdens IF of the SDHL. For the past two seasons, Maddie has been the assistant captain and plans on continuing her playing career for the 2025-2026 season.

WYATT GROTH

Coach Wyatt is a Monona, WI native and grew up playing for the Patriots Youth Hockey Association and for the Madison Capitols AAA Program. 

​

During his high school career, Coach Wyatt played for the Monona Grove Eagles, where he had a successful three seasons and played a key role in scoring for each season. During his junior year, Wyatt was the team captain and had scored 113 points total at the WIAA level. 

​

For his senior season, Wyatt played for the U18 AAA Madison Capitols program. Coach Wyatt is currently training for and pursuing his hockey career at the junior level (USHL, NAHL etc.)
